2012 Spring Break Camp Registration

The 2012 Spring Break Camp is $130 per player, which includes an adidas Sporting KC t-shirt. Once the $130 payment has been submitted via PayPal, parents will be re-directed to fill out all the necessary information for their child to complete the registration process.
