Group Fundraising

Legends Hospitality is pleased to open a limited number of concession stands at Children's Mercy Park to non-profit groups in the KC area as a way to raise funds for their organizations. No more bake sales, gift wrap sales, or car washes.  You supply the manpower, they supply the rest! A few FAQ’s to help you get started...

What does my group need?

  • Committed, service-oriented volunteers
  • A 501C3
  • Must commit to half of games (every other game) or a full season
  • Volunteers must be 17 and older
  • A designated group leader

Do we provide training?  

Yes, all volunteers must attend an orientation/training class which includes proper service of alcohol, as well as how to operate the stand and equipment. Training classes will be held at Children's Mercy Park 

How much can my group earn?  

Donations vary depending upon attendance and sales. Payouts start at $60 per person. 

What are the report times for each game?  

Volunteers must report two hours before gates open. Games usually last two hours and all together, it is approximately a six-hour time commitment.
