A: Accessibility during home games is very important to us. The Season Ticket Member HQ Tent is located in the Sprint Plaza next to Guest Services. A Client Services Representative is available from when the Sprint Plaza opens until the 60-minute mark of the game.

A: My Sporting KC Account Manager by Ticketmaster is an easy, convenient service that allows you to manage your season ticket account online. Through My Sporting KC Account Manager, you can view your account details, update your contact information, renew your season ticket package, post tickets for resale, reprint tickets, and forward tickets via email....up to 2 hours prior to the game!

Q: How do I make use of the Season Ticket Future Game Exchange Program?

A: Only Full Season non-premium tickets can be exchanged. Full Season Ticket Members who are unable to attend a future game may exchange their tickets for another game in advance. A future game exchange must be completed 72 hours in advance of the game you want to exchange or attend. Season ticket members will receive seats in the same price level and as close to your current seat location as possible; subject to availability. A: Now you can sell your season tickets to other fans by logging into My Sporting KC Account Manager. There is no fee for posting tickets and the processes is secure - simply click on the tickets you wish to sell, choose the selling price and expiration date, and submit the listing. Editing your posting at any time is quick and easy.

Q: What happens when my tickets are sold?

A: Once your posted tickets are purchased, the amount of the sale price is credited to your Sporting Kansas City Season account, less the 10% seller fee. The barcodes on your sold tickets are cancelled and new barcodes are issued. The new tickets are then electronically delivered to the buyer via TicketFast® for at home printing using any standard printer, without the hassle and delay of standard mail delivery.

A: Full season ticket members are guaranteed their exact seat location for every game within your 2012 season ticket package to include playoff games.

Q: What happens when the team makes the playoffs?

A: Full Season Ticket Members are guaranteed the rights to retain their seat locations and will have the opportunity to order additional playoff ticket packages prior to the general public.

Q: What are the hours of operation for the LIVESTRONG Sporting Park Box Office?

A: The box office located along Sporting Way on the West side of the stadium opens three hours prior to kick-off on Sporting Kansas City game days. The box office near the East gate entrance is open during the following hours: Monday thru Friday from 10am to 6pm. On Saturday's from 10am to 1pm. On game days from 10am until halftime. Closed on Sunday.

Q: Why am I not receiving information from Sporting Kansas City?

A: We send updates to Season Ticket Members via email (most preferred method, as it allows us to reach our season ticket members very efficiently), via U.S. Mail (when time permits), via personal or automated phone call (for late-breaking updates and reminders), and through various social media outlets. Sporting Kansas City attempts to communicate important information to Season Ticket Members using as many of these means as possible. Each Season Ticket Members account may have one primary mailing address designated to receive mailed updates. If you are not receiving some or all of our updates, there may be several reasons:

  • We do not have your correct contact information. (Please call your Client Services Representative to verify that the contact details we have for you are correct or visit My Sporting KC Account Manager and update your profile.)
  • You have chosen to unsubscribe to email updates from Sporting Kansas City. (Contact your Client Services Representative or email clientservices@SportingKC.com from the email address you wish to have re-subscribed.)
  • Your email settings do not permit emails from Sporting KC. (Check your junk/spam mail filters and/or contact your email administrator.)
  • The phone number we have may have been changed, and we have not received the updated telephone number.
