SPORTING CLUB TRAINING CENTER IN SWOPE PARK
Sporting Kansas City's award-winning Sporting Club Training Center in Swope Park is the official practice site of the team. State-of-the-art fields provide Sporting KC players and the technical staff with a premier practice environment, while a world-class facility houses the coaches offices and offers locker rooms, training equipment and other amenities.

WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULE
Weekly practice times for the 2013 season will be sent out from the Sporting Kansas City communications department to individuals on the team's media distribution list. Please contact Communications Manager Kurt Austin with a request to be added to the list.

PRACTICE OPEN TO THE MEDIA
Most practice sessions held by Sporting Kansas City are open to the press. All members of the media are encouraged to take advantage of the club’s liberal media practice policy to get one-on-one interviews, sound bites and highlights after every Sporting practice session. If media members plan on attending a practice, they are encouraged to contact a member of the Sporting Kansas City Public Relations Office to help facilitate any needs they may have.

PRESS CREDENTIALS
Any member of the media requesting credentials should submit their requests in writing to the Sporting Kansas City Public Relations Department. Media representatives who have not been issued a full-season press credential should request single-game credentials for home games in advance by contacting Communications Manager Kurt Austin. All credential requests must be sent to Sporting KC stating the media member’s name, complete title and media affiliation through email to kaustin@sportingkc.com. Credentials can be mailed out in advance, picked up at the Sporting Kansas City Office (Monday thru Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm) or picked up at the Media Will Call on day of game.
