A 2012 MLS All-Star and Best XI selection, Collin was also a Defender of the Year finalist in his second MLS season. The Paris native was acquired in April 2011 after playing professionally in Scotland, Greece, Wales and Portugal. He scored seven goals as a central defender, including a game-winner in the 2011 MLS Cup Playoffs.

2013: Collin notched his first goal and game-winning goal of the season with a header in a 1-0 win over New York (video).
2012: Collin played a total of 2,490 during the 2012 MLS regular season, starting 28 games and appearing in 29 total. Collin scored three goals and added one assist. Sporting Kansas City is undefeated when Collin scores a goal in 2012. Collin scored the game-tying goal against Dallas on March 25th (Video), the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory over Real Salt Lake on April 14 (Video) and the equalizer at Vancouver on April 18th (Video). Collin was named to the 2012 MLS All-Star GameDay roster. Collin started the match but was ultimately pulled in the 36th minute after suffering facial fractures earlier in the first half. Collin was a finalist for MLS Defender of the Year. Collin was also named to MLS Best XI. The Pitch named Collin as one of Sporting Kansas City's best players in 2012.
2011: Joined Sporting Kansas City as a guest trialist in March before completing signing on April 15. Earned his first start on April 23 at New England. Scored his first MLS goal, a match-winner, in 4-1 victory at Dallas. Added another game-winning goal in 2-1 win at Portland on July 2, and his third MLS goal scored again on July 16 in the 90th minute of a 1-1 draw at Houston. Opened the scoring with the first goal in the 2-0 victory over the Colorado Rapids in the second leg of the playoffs.
Other Professional:
2009-2011: On Aug. 5, 2009, Collin joined Vitoría Setúbal of the Liga ZON Sagres, the Portuguese top flight. Collin made a total of 33 appearances for Vitoría, scoring three goals.
2008-2009: Collin signed a one-year contract with Greek club Panserraikos. Played in nine matches. Joined Blue Square Premier club Wrexham F.C through the end of the 2009 season, making a total of 12 appearances for the Red Dragons.
2007-2008: Made the transition to full-time professional, signing with Scottish Premier League side, Gretna F.C. Collin made his debut on August 18, 2007 in a 1-1 draw with Hearts. Collin made a total of 19 appearances for Gretna.
2004-2007: As a youth, Collin spent time in the academies of both Sedan and Amiens in his native France, as well as with Spanish outfit RCD Mallorca.
