SKC II defender Isaiah LeFlore earns USL Championship Team of the Week honors

Sporting Kansas City II left back Isaiah LeFlore has earned USL Championship Team of the Week honors after helping the club to a resounding 3-0 victory over rivals OKC Energy FC on Saturday at Children’s Mercy Park. LeFlore, an 18-year-old Minnesota native, assisted fellow Sporting KC Academy product Ozzie Cisneros
Career Summary

SKC Academy: LeFlore joined the Sporting KC Academy in December 2019, joining up with Sporting’s Under-19 squad. He scored his first goal in a 2-0 victory over academy powerhouse FC Dallas in late February.

Other: LeFlore spent three years with AD Oeiras in Portugal from 2016-2019. Prior to his trip overseas to Portugal, LeFlore played for Minnesota-based Development Academy club Shattuck-St. Mary’s, spending time with the club’s U-14 side up until his departure to AD Oeiras in 2016.

International: LeFlore has represented the United States at the Under-15 level.
