MLS:

<strong>2012:&nbsp;</strong>Warzycha made his MLS debut on June 16, 2012 in 2-0 victory over Toronto FC at LIVE<strong>STRONG</strong> Sporting Park. The playing time was limited, but long awaited as Warzycha had to miss the entire 2011 season after being diagnosed with a femoral condyle defect in his right knee during the pre-season. Warzycha played 84 minutes in Sporting KC&rsquo;s 3-2 victory over Olando City FC in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup and played a large part in the game-winning goal. Warzycha won the aerial battle on a Graham Zusi free kick and directed his header on target. Soony Saad collected and buried the rebound to advance Sporting KC to the next round of the torunament. Warzycha was called on again in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup quarterfinals to come on for Matt Besler in the 68th minute, in which he helped to secure a 3-0 victory for Sporting KC. Warzycha also played the full 90 minutes in international friendlies against Montpellier Herault SC and Stoke City FC. In addition, Warzycha made an appearance in ten games for Sporting Kansas City in MLS Reserve League action, notching an assist in 3-1 victory over the Chicago Fire on May 13.&nbsp;<br>

<strong>2011:</strong> Selected 46th overall in third round of 2011 MLS SuperDraft. Diagnosed with femoral condyle defect in right knee during pre-season and will miss 6-8 months.<br>

<strong>COLLEGE:</strong> Attended Ohio State University from 2007-2010, compiling 13 goals and nine assists in 75 games in his collegiate career. As a freshman, was teammate with Sporting Kansas City defender Roger Espinoza and finished runners-up in the 2007 NCAA College Cup National Championship to Wake Forest. After a Second Team All-Big Ten selection in 2009, Warzycha was a First Team All-Big Ten selection in his senior season when he led the Buckeyes in scoring with eight goals.<br>

<strong>YOUTH:</strong> Dublin, Ohio native played at Jerome High School and was a First-Team All Ohio selection as a senior. Led the team to a district championship after being named Team MVP for a second time. Recorded 44 goals and 34 assists in three seasons. Two-time All-Ohio Capital Conference, including 2006 OCC Player of the Year honors. Also played club soccer for the Blast Football Club from 1998-2007<br>

<strong>PERSONAL:</strong> Son of Robert Warzycha, head coach of the Columbus Crew. Becomes second son of MLS player to play in the MLS, after Sporting Kansas City striker Teal Bunbury followed in the footsteps of former Kansas City forward Alex Bunbury. Warzycha has two younger siblings, brother Bartosz and sister Olivia. Favorite Kansas City restaurant is Oklahoma Joe&#39;s. Favorite player growing up was Steven Gerrard, favorite club is Liverpool. Listens to hip-hop and a little bit of country. Best soccer memory was playing in the NCAA College Cup as a freshman at Ohio State. Enjoys helping out with special needs children.<br>
