2016: Signed with the Swope Park Rangers as an Academy signing on March 5. Tekesky did not dress for a USL game in 2016.
SKC Academy: Tekesky joined the Sporting KC Academy in 2010 and advanced through the age groups to the Under-18s. In the 2015-16 Development Academy season, Tekesky made 16 starts, posting six shutouts and recording a 1.29 goals against average. In August 2014, Tekesky was among 54 MLS Academy players selected for the Generation adidas Elite Soccer Program (ESP) event held in Portland, Oregon where he trained and played against other elite MLS Academy players as well as Bayern Munich’s Under-16 team. In December that same year, he was called up to the first-ever U.S. Youth Futsal National Team, joining the Under-16 team for three games in Toronto, Ontario.
