Omar Bravo Signs Autographs at First Appearance in KC

Sporting Kansas City's 2011 Designated Player Omar Bravo arrived in Kansas City on Wednesday and made his public debut at the club's major announcement at KC Live! in the Power & Light district downtown. Bravo took the stage along with veteran Jimmy Conrad, as both players previewed the new home and away uniforms, and the Mexican international icon took time afterward to speak to the local media and sign autographs for those in attendance.

On Thursday, Bravo stepped foot in the team's state-of-the-art soccer stadium for the first time, taking a tour of the $180 million venue currently under construction in Wyandotte County, and spoke to Sporting Kansas City play-by-play announcer Dave Borchardt afterward. Hear what the former Chivas Guadalajara star had to say about his arrival in Kansas City and what he hopes to achieve in a Sporting Kansas City uniform next season.
