Sporting Kansas City's Kei Kamara and C.J. Sapong have won Major League Soccer's Celebration of the Year for 2012. The award is part of MLS's Best of 2012 highlighting the most recent season.
The celebration, featuring both playing doing an Irish jig donning St Patrick's day hats, was for a Kamara goal against the New England Revolution on March 17, 2012. Sporting KC won the match 3-0 with Graham Zusi and Sapong also scoring goals.
Another Sporting KC celebration, which was second in voting, was Matt Besler, Sapong, and Kamara celebrating in slow motion style.
