A couple years back, Mike Flaherty (@KitManSKC on Twitter) was featured in a video that went behind the scenes in his daily duties as the team's head equipment manager. He opened by saying (see it for yourself here), "In a typical day, I wash, dry, fold thousands and thousands of towels. Probably enough that could dry a small ocean or a lake, a big lake, bigger than a small ocean lake. A lake like that."
Well, on Wednesday, Flaherty ended up in "a lake like that" and wouldn't you know it, no towel to be found.
