Kamara, Nielsen & Zavagnin talk Houston

Sporting Kansas City forward Kei Kamara, goalkeeper Jimmy Nielsen and assistant coach Kerry Zavagnin joined Glenn Davis on Dynamo All-Access this week in advance of Sunday's rematch at Sporting Park. Kamara (27:45-30:00) speaks about the evolving rivalry between the two Eastern Conference contenders, saying "Me and the boys in our locker room, we definitely look at Houston as our rival in this conference."

Nielsen (31:30-44:00) talks Danish Superliga, the growth and perception of MLS, Sporting KC's win in Houston and the atmosphere at Sporting Park. "Unbelievable support we have here in town," Nielsen told Davis. "It's becoming an unbelievable soccer city. We can't ask for more. The support here is just incredible." The Sporting KC captain also touches on his new book, Welcome to the Blue Heaven, which was released earlier this month and gives his prediction for today's UEFA Champions League final.

Zavagnin (3:15-14:00) gives us the view from the technical staff, discussing his first-hand account of the team's transformation since his playing days in Kansas City, the club's 4-3-3 formation, Kamara's return from his loan to Norwich City and the match-up between Sporting KC and Houston. He closes with comments on his coaching aspirations and experiences after four full seasons on the sidelines.

The two-hour weekly radio show also featured interviews with Houston head coach Dominic Kinnear, Dynamo President Chris Canetti, midfielder Ricardo Clark and Nigerian National Team Head Coach Stephen Kesh. Find the full podcasts online at ESPN975.com.
