In partnership with Legends Hospitality, Sporting Kansas City has announced price decreases for a variety of food and beverage items at Children’s Mercy Park ahead of the 2017 MLS season.
“We are fully committed to delivering an in-stadium experience to our supporters that is second to none,” Sporting KC President Jake Reid said. “Part of that is continuously listening to our fans’ sentiments and reacting in the best way possible. Decreasing prices for water, soda, beer and several food options reflects our mission to delight the best fans in Major League Soccer. With their tremendous support, we look forward to another exciting and memorable year at Children’s Mercy Park.”
Sporting KC and Legends Hospitality, the food and beverage operator at Children’s Mercy Park, have lowered prices on bottled water, soda and beer by an average of 20 percent from 2016.
Margaritas, double cocktails and menu items such as hot dogs, bratwursts, chips and grilled cheese sandwiches will also be available at lower costs to fans. New pricing for menu items will be in effect for the entire 2017 season.
In addition, the new Chicken-N-Taters has replaced Guy’s Bar-B-Que Joint at the concourse concession on the northeast corner of the venue near section 134. Click here to view a full Children’s Mercy Park stadium map.
A limited number of tickets for Saturday’s home opener are still available via SeatGeek.com, with kickoff set for 8 p.m. CT on FOX Sports Kansas City.
