With his wife and son by his side, Sporting KC forward Dom Dwyer became a naturalized citizen this morning at at Charles Evans Whittaker Courthouse in Kansas City, Missouri. Dwyer, who ranks second on Sporting Kansas City’s all-time goal scoring charts, has lived in the United States since 2009 and has had his green card since February 2012.
