Season Ticket Member HQ
- The exclusive single game online pre-sale begins at 10am on Monday, February 13, and concludes at 10am on Wednesday, February 15.
- The Season Ticket Package will arrive in early March. Your package will contain the following: Season Ticket Card, Parking Booklets and vouchers to redeem for the Season Ticket Member Scarf. You receive one voucher per seat in your account and you can begin redeeming the vouchers at the STM HQ Tent during the Home Opener on March 17 or 210 W 19th Terrace, Suite 200, Kansas City, MO 64108.
The Season Ticket Package consists of 17 MLS games; along with The Lamar Hunt US Open Cup with tickets up to the Semi-Final and two special games. The two special games are still being finalized.
Season Ticket Members are guaranteed their same great seat for every game within the 2012 season ticket package, including the playoffs.
Can't make it to a game? You can sell your season tickets to other fans by logging into your personal Sporting KC Account. There is no fee for posting tickets and the processes is secure - simply click on the tickets you wish to sell, choose the selling price and the expiration date, and submit the listing. Editing your posting at any time is quick and easy. Once your posted tickets are purchased, the amount of the sale price is credited to your Sporting KC Account, less the 10% seller fee.
Full Season Ticket Members receive free priority parking for the 2012 season. The number of parking booklets issued is based upon the total number of seats in your account. Season Ticket Members with 1 – 4 seats receive 1 parking booklet. Season Ticket Members with 5 – 9 seats receive 2 parking booklets and Season Ticket Members with 10 or more seats receive 3 parking booklets. The booklet contains individual game passes in the form of a hang tag for your designated parking lot.
Season Ticket Members can purchase additional single game tickets at the discounted Members’ Price.
Day of game purchases are done through Account Manager or at the LIVESTRONG Box Office.

We know our season ticket members are very active and at times are unable to attend a game. We are happy to provide the benefit of a future game exchange program for games you know you will not be able to attend with little to no restrictions. We have highlighted a few significant changes to the 2012 future game exchange program.
- Exchanging of tickets will take place through an Interactive Map on your Sporting KC Account Manager. You will have the freedom to select any available seats within your seating category during the exchange. The game you are exchanging out of will be removed from your season ticket card and the game you are exchanging into will be loaded onto your season ticket card. Subject to availability.
- The future game exchange program is on a ticket-for-ticket basis and may not be combined to exchange for tickets in a higher price category or multiple tickets in a lower price category.
- The Home Opener (March 17), LA Galaxy (April 7), and the Regular Season Finale Philadelphia Union (October 24), are restricted games. Season ticket members may exchange out of but not into these games.
- Future game exchanges must be completed using the interactive map 72 hours prior to the game you want to exchange out of or into.
- Tickets which are exchanged for friends, family, clients or colleagues must be sent using the ticket forward option within the Sporting KC Account Manager and will not be left at the box office will call window.
- Only future games may be exchanged. Once a game has passed, the unused ticket cannot be redeemed for a future game.
- The ticket exchange function within the Account Manager will be active in early March. Contact your Client Services Representative with any questions or if you need any assistance with the ticket exchange process.
