Prior to Sporting: I spent four years with the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball. Before beginning my career in professional sports, I spent ten years in the U.S. Army and then taught High School US History.
Favorite Sporting Memory: I cannot provide just one. The first memory occurred in our final year at Community America Ballpark against the Houston Dynamo down 3 -1 and came back to win 4 – 3. The second memory occurred when Eddie Johnson of the Seattle Sounders kicked the ball into the Members’ Stand during PKs and we won the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup Championship!

Favorite Sporting Memory: My first home opener. The excitement and enthusiasm of the Sporting fans combined with the pregame fireworks made my first game a incredible experience.

Favorite Sporting Memory: My favorite memory occurred at the last regular season home game of 2012 when we took a group of randomly selected season ticket members onto the field after the match. Once on the field, each season ticket member was given a game-worn jersey from a Sporting KC player. That was a very special moment for them and I am glad I was able to share in their experience.

Favorite Sporting Memory: Watching Sounders’ player Eddie Johnson send his penalty kick over the goal into the Members’ Stand at the end of the U.S. Open Cup Final on August 8, 2012. That missed kick brought Sporting KC our first silverware since 2004!
