The Sporting KC Show returns to the airwaves tonight from 6-7 p.m. CT on Sports Radio 810 WHB with hosts Callum Williams and Andy Edwards getting fans ready for the season opener on Saturday with all the SKC storylines leading into the 2013 campaign. They'll be joined by Matt Besler -- Major League Soccer's reigning Defender of the Year -- and will be taking calls from supporters at 913-3-810-810.
Fans can listen live on their radios, via the web at 810whb.com or through the station's mobile app. The show will air weekly throughout the 2013 season, so mark your calendars for the first three shows:
- Tuesday, February 26 from 6-7 p.m. CT
- Wednesday, March 6 from 7-8 p.m. CT
- Tuesday, March 12 from 7-8 p.m. CT
Sports Radio 810 WHB, the team's official radio broadcast partner, will also air The Final Whistle: Sporting KC Postgame show on Saturday immediately following Sporting Kansas City's opening match of the 2013 season at the Philadelphia Union. Hosts Dave Borchardt and Andy Edwards will be going live from inside the Boulevard Members Club at the team's official Watch Party. The event is free and open to the public, and will feature food/drink specials, a raffle to win a new home uniform and special appearances by Jacob Peterson and Teal Bunbury.
