The accolades keep coming in for Sporting Kansas City winger Graham Zusi. A few days after being voted to the MLS All-Star Fan XI, and a day after being nominated for MLS Goal of the Week, Zusi has been voted as a Top 3 performer for his performance on Sunday against Chicago.
The U.S. men's national team winger was in the thick of the action early, doubling Sporting KC's lead in the eighth minute off a half-cross / half-shot attempt from the left flank. Zusi's play last week helped propel the team to seven points in nine days and a move to second place in the Eastern Conference (and a No. 3 spot in the MLS Power Rankings).
