Jimmy Nielsen
On league parity

"It’s super exciting. It’s awesome this league is so tight and so crazy. We have 10, 11, 12 teams that can win MLS Cup this year. If you look around [outside of MLS], there are normally two or three teams that can win the league. So I think definitely, it’s the most exciting league, maybe in the world. I’m excited to be a part of this. We are still in a good position and we have to get some points now."

On where Sporting KC falls among MLS elite

"We are definitely one of the teams that can win MLS Cup. I think whenever we play our best soccer, we are one of the best teams in the league. We just have to be a little bit more consistent in our performance. I hope we have learned from mistakes so we are more prepared for the last part of the season where everything is going to be more intense."

Mike Magee
On Sporting KC

"In my eyes, they are the best team in the league. What makes them that is they are so difficult to play against. They are such a deep team and play proper soccer in terms of trying to possess the ball. Once they lose it, they try to win it back, which is fun to watch, and hard to play against."
