Sporting Kansas City recently kicked off their 2013-14 CONCACAF Champions League campaign with a 2-0 win at Real Esteli. It was a crucial win as playing in Central America can be tough for MLS teams with the long travel, intimidating crowds, and "quesadilla" sized insects.
