Another limited-time offer from Sporting Club Uphoria is available starting Saturday when Sporting Kansas City hosts Real Salt Lake in a rematch of MLS Cup 2013.
The club's official mobile application, Sporting Club Uphoria will offer a free 8.8-oz. pack of BelVita breakfast bars courtesy of Kansas City area Price Chopper locations. Users can redeem their free breakfast bars by following the easy steps below, but be sure to act quickly—the offer is valid through the end of Sunday, April 12.

Open Uphoria on your smartphone and register an account through Facebook, Twitter or email. Do not skip this step, or you won't receive the offer. If you have already registered, sign in via one of these three options.
- On the app's home screen, scroll down and click on the Price Chopper offer card.

Click "Get," then click "Save for later." The offer will appear under the "Redeemed" tab on the app's home screen.

Head to a Price Chopper location in the Kansas City area before the end of Sunday and select an 8.8-oz pack of of BelVita breakfast bars. At checkout, click the "Redeemed" tab on the Uphoria home screen, access the offer card and click "Use." Present the offer to the cashier—similar to a Groupon and just as easy—and enjoy.
