Fast Facts: Sporting KC 4-2 New England Revolution - May 20, 2015

  • Sporting KC defeated the New England Revolution 4-2 on Wednesday and moved into fourth place in the Western Conference with 17 points.
  • Wednesday's match marked Peter Vermes' 200th match at the helm of Sporting KC (including postseason).
  • Sporting KC had seven players out due to injury on Wednesday: Graham Zusi, Seth Sinovic, Roger Espinoza, Marcel de Jong, Bernardo Anor, Chance Myers and Ike Opara.
  • Sporting KC was also without homegrown defender Erik Palmer-Brown, who joined the U.S. at the FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand last Sunday.
