With FIFA’s international break in the rearview, Sporting Kansas City begins a busy two-month stretch on Saturday when the club hosts Real Salt Lake at Children’s Mercy Park. The battle of the unbeatens is sure to entertain — #SKCvRSL fixtures never lack drama and storylines — and Sporting KC Uphoria is poised to enhance game day even further.
Supporters can download the club’s official mobile app on the App Store and Google Play, then register a free account via Facebook, Twitter and/or email to enjoy all of Uphoria’s exclusive offers and interactive features. So what can we expect on Saturday when two fierce rivals meet? Here’s the Uphoria rundown…
Offer Cards
Sporting KC Uphoria offer cards are a lot like Groupons and just as easy to use. On Saturday, all app users will receive an offer card for free Oikos Greek yogurt courtesy of Price Chopper. To take advantage of the deal, simply show the coupon to the cashier at any Price Chopper in the Kansas City area. Individuals can redeem their free Greek yogurt through the end of Monday.
Fans attending Saturday’s match will have their fingers crossed for multiple goals from the home team. If Sporting KC scores twice, Uphoria users will receive an offer card for BOGO hot dogs at Stadium Fare (sections 101 & 127). But that’s not all: if Dom Dwyer scores, fans will receive an offer card for BOGO pretzels at Stadium Fare or The Grill (sections 114 & 129). Both prospective deals come courtesy of Legends Hospitality.
Predict the final score to win tickets
Before kickoff, all Uphoria users will have the chance to submit their final score prediction for Saturday’s match. Those who pick the winner and scoreline accurately will be entered to win a pair of tickets to Sporting KC’s highly anticipated 20th Anniversary match against the Colorado Rapids on April 13.

The camera within Uphoria allows users to capture their favorite game day moments, add Sporting-themed overlays and instantly share photos on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. A simple click also lets you share pictures with Sporting KC, with entries being displayed on the video board.
Live Stats and Replay
Whether they’re at the game or not, all Uphoria users will have access to comprehensive live stats, lineups and match information by selecting Details on the home screen. Furthermore, fans inside Children’s Mercy Park who connect to the “CMPGuest” Wifi network can relive the game’s biggest moments thanks to the Replay feature, also located within the Details page.
Perks at No Other Pub
The new home for Sporting KC watch parties will continue to give additional perks to Uphoria users throughout the year. The day after Sporting KC wins, fans receive an offer card for a free appetizer with a $20 purchase. At No Other Pub for a watch party?
