Injury Report is SportingKC.comā€™s look at the latest injury news ahead of upcoming matches and is presented by The Sports Medicine Center at Children's Mercy.

Sporting Kansas City is set to open the Audi 2017 MLS Cup Playoffs against the Houston Dynamo at BBVA Compass Stadium without goalkeeper Tim Melia. The team's MVP remains out with a hamstring strain suffered in the 1-1 draw with Minnesota United FC on Oct. 7.

Forward Soony Saad, who was listed as out for the Decision Day clash with Real Salt Lake on Sunday, has recovered from his heel injury and is no longer on the club's injury report. Fellow striker Cameron Porter is still out with a broken fibula sustained in early August.

Houston were dealt a blow earlier this week when defender A.J. DeLaGarza was ruled out for the remainder of the postseason after suffering a torn ACL in the Dynamo's win over the Chicago Fire on Decision Day. The only other name on the hosts injury report is Memo Rodriguez, who is out with a knee sprain.

Kickoff for tonight's massive Knockout Round clash is set for 8:30 p.m. CT on FOX Sports Kansas City locally in English and on Unimas nationally in Spanish. The game will also be carried on Sports Radio 810 WHB (English) and La Grande 1340 AM (Spanish).
