Big 12 Tournament Championship at Swope |
The Swope Park Rangers advanced to the USL Western Conference Finals on Saturday with a 1-0 victory over Sacramento Republic FC at Children's Mercy Park. The Rangers will now play for their second consecutive Western Conference championship and a berth in the 2017 USL Cup Final when they host OKC Energy FC this Saturday, kicking off at 7:30 p.m. CT inside Children's Mercy Park. Tickets for the match are available via SeatGeek.com or at the Children's Mercy Park box office on matchday. The contest will also stream live on SportingKC.com.
The Big 12 Soccer Championship returns to Kansas City on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at Children’s Mercy Victory Field inside Swope Soccer Village. The top eight teams based on points during conference play have advanced to the annual championship, which will take place at Swope Soccer Village for the fifth straight year. One-day passes for the Big 12 Soccer Championship are on sale for $8 while three-day all-session passes are available for $15. A 15-ticket team pack (15 one-day passes) is also available for $100. Team packs can be purchased by calling 888-4KC-GOAL.
The Sporting KC Academy continues its 2017-18 U.S. Soccer Development Academy campaign Saturday with a tripleheader at Solar Soccer Club in Colleyville, Texas. The U-15s will kick off at 10 a.m. CT, followed by the U-17s at noon and the U-19s at 2:30 p.m. Follow @SKCAcademy on Twitter for live updates this weekend and throughout the Academy season.
