MLS Week 2: Three matches to be televised nationally across Saturday and Sunday

For Sporting Kansas City fans, all of the hype surrounds Saturday's long-awaited and highly anticipated home opener against rivals Houston Dynamo at Children's Mercy Park. A limited number of standing-room only tickets are available at SeatGeek.com as Sporting gets set for its first match at the world-class stadium in over five months. FOX Sports Kansas City, FOX Sports Midwest Plus, FOX Sports Go, Sports Radio 810 WHB and La Grande 1340 AM will also cover the game live.

As is usually the case, however, Major League Soccer fanatics have even more to look forward to this weekend. Three fixtures will be televised to a national audience, beginning with Saturday afternoon's Eastern Conference encounter between D.C. United and expansion side Inter Miami CF at 2:30 p.m. CT on Univision and Twitter.

A star-studded Soccer Sunday will then serve up a pair of evening matches on the West Coast, with the Portland Timbers hosting expansion club Nashville SC at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN and LAFC welcoming the Philadelphia Union for a 9:30 p.m. CT showdown on FS1.
