Sporting Kansas City and Sporting Club Special Events are excited to introduce the first bacon festival to Kansas City at Children’s Mercy Park! BaKCon Fest is a lively bacon-themed festival filled with beer, bands, and of course, bacon! With loads of bacon samples, bacon-inspired cuisine, and even a bacon eating contest, BaKCon Fest will be home to the world’s best smells.

10:00am: BaKCon Premium Gates Open & J. Rieger Cocktail Tasting

11:00am: BaKCon Pro & Basic Gates Open, BaKCon Beer Pasture Open & Airbrush Tattoo Opens

11:15am: Crossroad Sounds Takes Main Stage, Presented by Price Chopper

1:00pm: Airbrush Tattoo Ends

2:20pm: Bacon Eating Contest

3:30pm: Beer Pasture Closes & Closing Ceremonies

4:00pm: Event Ends

BaKCon Fest will feature local and regional breweries, offering samples to those with BaKCon Brews add-on tickets! The BaKCon Fest Brews ticket, presented by Toppling Goliath Brewing Co, includes 10 sample selections from Toppling Goliath Brewing Co., Cinder Block Brewery, Weston Brewing Company, Mother’s Brewing Company, Stockyard Brewing Co., Free State Brewing Company, Tallgrass Brewing Company, City Barrel Brewery, & Martin City Brewery.

BaKCon Brew add-on tickets are available to purchase in advance or at the event.
