AUDIO: Kerry Zavagnin, Dominic Oduro on Sporting KC Show -

A new Sporting KC Show aired Tuesday night on Sports Radio 810 WHB. Callum Williams, Andy Edwards and Carter Augustine discussed last Friday's match against the Philadelphia Union and previewed this weekend's match against the Columbus Crew. In addition, the trio of hosts spoke with Sporting KC assistant manager Kerry Zavagnin and Crew forward Dominic Oduro. Read excerpts from the interviews and listen to the full audio of the show below:

Sporting KC assistant coach Kerry Zavagnin
On Friday's loss to Philadelphia

"I think we put a lot of pressure on ourselves by not capitalizing on the many opportunities we had. Unfortunately, a goal against the run of play was the difference in the game."

On Dom Dwyer earning the start against Philadelphia

"I think Dom Dwyer has done a really good job of being a nuisance up top. He gets an extreme amount of pressure on the opposing defenders and looking at the game specifically, we felt Dom had the hot hand and was riding a good wave of form for us."

On Saturday's match against the Columbus Crew

"It's a massive game. When you look at the playoff standings, you might as well just say the playoffs start today because so many teams are fighting for their lives at this point. This game has massive playoff implications."

Columbus Crew Dominic Oduro

On his current form

"Right now, bottom line, I would take the team winning over my goals. We are playing so well right now and making a push for the playoffs. We have done well in a couple of games and we are just trying to move forward."

On the playoff race

"We always saw the light at the end of the tunnel. The question was could we get there? That's our whole mindset right now. We know there are three games and there's no room for error. We just have to take care of our business and hopefully the other teams will lose a couple games."

On Sporting KC

"We've played Sporting KC so many times. It's a tough team, especially at home. This time they come to our home. I think we are in great shape and great form ... We need those points."
