Sporting Kansas City announced today that the September 13 match vs. Chivas USA at StubHub Center has been rescheduled for September 12.
The match will kick off at 9:30 p.m. CT and will be broadcast on KMCI-TV 38 the Spot.
The September match is the lone meeting between the two sides in 2014. Sporting Kansas City holds an 8-4-4 record all-time vs. the Goats including a 4-0 victory at Sporting Park on May 5, 2013.
Sporting Kansas City is currently in the midst of a two week break from MLS play for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, but will host the Portland Timbers on Tuesday, June 24 in the fifth round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
