The Kansas City Star's Sam McDowell and Sporting Kansas City center back Ike Opara have launched a weekly podcast that debuted Friday.
The series will focus on some occasional soccer talk with the reigning MLS defender of the year while also delving more into the thoughts of an athlete who spends considerable time thinking about a variety of issues affecting the United States and his place and responsibility within the country.
