Sporting Kansas City hits the road today to take on the San Jose Earthquakes at Avaya Stadium with three new players added to the club’s injury report.


Defender Andreu Fontas (calf) and midfielders Roger Espinoza (knee) and Gedion Zelalem (ankle) are all questionable for the match. Forward Erik Hurtado (knee) and defenders Jaylin Lindsey (torn meniscus) and Jimmy Medranda (knee) and Rodney Wallace (hip) all remain out.


The Earthquakes are sweating on the health of center back Guram Kashia, who is questionable with a lower leg injury, while Kevin Partida is out with a knee issue.


Tonight’s match will kick off at 9 p.m. CT on FOX Sports Kansas City and FOX Sports Midwest Plus, while Sports Radio 810 WHB  (English) and ESPN Deportes 1480 AM (Spanish) will carry the game locally on the radio.
