Injury Report: Two players out as Sporting heads to the PNW for #PORvSKC

Injury Report is SportingKC.com’s look at the latest injury news ahead of upcoming matches and is presented by The Sports Medicine Center at Children's Mercy. All injuries listed are from the teams' official injury reports submitted prior to matchday.




Sporting Kansas City returns to action tonight when the side faces off against the Portland Timbers at Providence Park.


Sporting has no new injury concerns and just two players remain on the injury report: goalkeeper Adrian Zendejas (back) and Rodney Wallace (hip) are both out.


Portland has several injury concerns of their own as outside backs Marco Farfan (knee) and Zarek Valentin (upper leg) are both questionable, while Jeff Attinella (shoulder), Julio Cascante (thigh), Modou Jadama (foot), Larrys Mabiala (thigh) and Kendall McIntosh (foot) are all out.


Kickoff for tonight’s match is set for 9:30 p.m. CT on FOX Sports Kansas City, while ESPN 94.5 FM (English) and La Grande 1340 AM (Spanish) will carry the game locally on the radio.
