No Other Pub in the Kansas City Power & Light District is one of 20 finalists nationwide for Best Local Sports Bar in the USA TODAY Sports Readers' Choice Awards 2026 as nominated by an expert panel.
Voting is open until 11 a.m. CT on Monday, May 11 and sports fans can cast a vote daily with the winners to be announced on Wednesday, May 20.
No Other Pub recently celebrated 10 years of operation since opening a decade ago in February 2016 as a one-of-kind sports bar, gaming parlor and social lounge as well as a premier destination to gather for sporting events.
“No Other Pub is more than the city's premier sports bar; it is an innovative partnership between two brands with shared values,” Kansas City Power & Light District President John Moncke said. “Having previously been part of the team at Sporting KC, watching this venue grow over the last decade has been incredibly rewarding. It’s going to be an unforgettable year for Kansas City, and the District is proud to have played a role in making this possible with our longtime partners at Sporting KC.”
“For a full decade, No Other Pub has been an extension of our club and a gathering place for our supporters in the heart of downtown,” said Sporting Kansas City President and CEO Jake Reid. “Our partnership with the Power & Light District has helped us grow the Sporting KC brand beyond the pitch and into the city."
Located at 1370 Grand Blvd., on the second level of the KC Live! Block, the 21,000-square-foot No Other Pub offers happy hours from 4-7 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays in addition to a late night happy hour from 10 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Guests can enjoy half-price games all day on Sundays.
No Other Pub will host Sporting Kansas City's official watch party this Friday as SKC takes on Supporters' Shield leaders Vancouver Whitecaps FC with kickoff at 9:30 p.m. CT. Fans in SKC gear will enjoy exclusive giveaways as well as food and drink specials that include $4 signature fries, $5 rally shots, $5 16-ounce Michelob Ultra drafts, $6 giant pretzels, $8 Blue Hell margaritas, $8 Cauldron coolers, $10 loaded nachos and $25 domestic tall boy buckets.
