Although Haiti cannot advance to the quarterfinal stage of the tournament, tonightā€™s match has major implications on the tournament. If Ecuador defeats Haiti, their fate will be decided upon the conclusion of Brazil-Peru at 7:30 p.m. CT (FS1, Univision and UDN).

Ecuador are ranked 13 in FIFA's latest world rankings and are led by Manchester United midfielder Antonio Valencia and West Ham United striker Enner Valencia. Enner, along with former Chivas USA midfielder Miller Bolanos scored for Ecuador in a come-from-behind 2-2 draw against Peru.
