Scouting Report: Sporting KC vs Colorado Rapids

Sporting KC returns home to Sporting Park as they host the Colorado Rapids on Saturday evening. Both teams have 39 points through 26 matches and battling for playoff positioning in their respective conferences. Colorado heads into the match as one of the hottest teams in the league and recently announced the signing of Designated Player Gabriel Torres. Sporting KC are coming off an impressive 2-0 win at CD Olimpia on Tuesday in the CONCACAF Champions League.

There are some injury concerns for Colorado but they'll be close to full strength for Saturday's match. Davy Armstrong, Diego Calderon, and Kory Kindle are all out due to injuries while Edson Buddle and Atiba Harris are listed as questionable.
