Sporting Kansas City and Bar K have announced a new, multifaceted partnership that will create unique and interactive experiences for fans of all ages beginning in 2020.
Located at Berkley Riverfront Park in Kansas City, Missouri, Bar K is a one-of-a-kind destination featuring a restaurant, bar and coffeehouse surrounded by a two-acre dog park with play structures, comfortable seating areas and a dedicated staff of dog-care professionals.
At the forefront of the partnership, Bar K will become an official member of the Sporting Pub Network, hosting marquee watch parties for select Sporting Kansas City away matches throughout the 2020 season.
Additionally, Sporting and Bar K will launch the Sporting KC Dog Club for individuals, families and their dogs. A primary component of the Dog Club is the inclusion of Sporting Stripes and Sporting Stars, two youth soccer programs designed for kids ages 2-5 and 5-8, respectively, that provide a fun and safe learning environment for children to become engaged with soccer at its foundation. This unique, family-oriented setup will allow children to participate in soccer clinics while their dogs explore Bar K under the supervision of specialized staff.
As an added benefit, Sporting Kansas City Season Ticket Members who wish to join the Sporting KC Dog Club will receive a 15% discount on Bar K memberships. Non-STMs who wish to join the Sporting KC Dog Club will receive 50% off their first single-match purchase and 20% off all subsequent single-match purchases.

Bar K is a new, unique destination combining a thoughtfully designed, fully staffed dog park with a modern bar, restaurant and event space. Bar K brings engaged, community-minded people and their dogs together to share connections with their pups and each other in a joyful and creative space. The first Bar K opened in August 2018 on the Riverfront in downtown Kansas City. More locations are planned across the country.
