ICYMI on October 20, Sporting KC and The Victory Project participated in the Stony Point North Elementary School “Superstar Challenge and Health Fair”. In late summer, the playground at the school burned down and the event was aimed to help raise funds for a new one while teaching the students the importance of healthy eating and staying active.
The Victory Project and Sporting KC grounds crew surprised the students at the school with a soccer field and equipment to ensure they have a place to play soccer.
