Sporting Kansas City introduced its “We. Together.” marketing campaign for the 2017 season on Friday, debuting the mantra in a television spot that includes a sneak peak of the club’s new primary jersey.

The new television commercial, featuring Sporting KC players backed by hundreds of passionate fans at Children’s Mercy Park, expresses the strong connection between the club and its supporters across the Kansas City community. The spot will air throughout the season on network television stations and select cable channels, including placement this weekend during NBC’s Saturday Night Live and AMC’s season premiere of “Walking Dead” on Sunday.

“The ‘We. Together.’ campaign represents two ideas,” said Gerald Holland, Sporting KC Vice President of Marketing. “The first idea is a celebration of what we — our supporters, players, coaches, staff and owners — have built and continue to build together, because together we believe we have the best club in MLS.

“The second is our goal to bring more championships to Kansas City. This is a calling to unite together to bring home another trophy, because we know we only succeed with everyone working together toward that goal.”

As part of the campaign, Sporting Kansas City today debuted a series of “We Together” billboards at the locations listed below. Sporting KC will also adorn a digital billboard at I-435 and 32 Highway beginning in late March.
