Sporting KC loans midfielder Bernardo Añor to Minnesota United FC

Sporting Kansas City announced Wednesday that the club has loaned midfielder Bernardo Añor to Minnesota United FC in the North American Soccer League for the 2016 season.


Añor started four of 13 appearances across all competitions in 2015, his first season at Sporting Kansas City. The 27-year-old previously played for Columbus Crew SC from 2011-2014 and has scored 12 goals in 85 games during his MLS career (including playoffs).

Sporting Kansas City has returned to Tucson, Arizona, for the second leg of its 2016 preseason, presented by Children’s Mercy, and will face Columbus Crew SC at 7 p.m. CT tonight in the Desert Diamond Cup at Kino Sports Complex.
