The annual Sporting Kansas City Media Game is slated to return on Wednesday, May 29 when members of the local press corp are invited to put their skills to the test at halftime of Sporting’s clash with the Vancouver Whitecaps at Children’s Mercy Park.
The 2024 edition of this thrilling event will see 34 local Kansas City media members go hammer and tongs for a breathless 10-minute spell in front of an adoring crowd at Children’s Mercy Park.
The two teams will be split into teams of 17, with Sporting Blue donning the club’s Hoops 4.0 primary jerseys and Sporting Argyle rocking the brand-new Diamonds Our Forever secondary jerseys.
