Sporting KC Show Podcast: Kayden Pierre reflects on first start with Sporting KC in Open Cup thriller

Running throughout the season on Sports Radio 810 WHB, the Sporting Kansas City Show presented by Michelob Ultra is available on several podcast hubs such as Spotify and iTunes as well as SportingKC.com. With Nate Bukaty and Aly Trost hosting the weekly program, Sporting fans have a place to go to catch up on club storylines, guest interviews and more.

This week's edition of the Sporting KC Show aired on Sports Radio 810 WHB on Tuesday as hosts Nate Bukaty, Aly Trost and Conall McCourt welcomed defender Kayden Pierre as a special guest.

The 19-year-old right back has made his first three appearances for Sporting Kansas City this year - including his first start for the club in last week's thrilling 4-2 win over FC Dallas in the U.S. Open Cup -- in addition to three games played with Sporting Kansas City II in MLS Next Pro. Pierre also joined the United States Under-20 Men's National Team for a training camp from April 22-30 in preparation for the Concacaf U-20 Championship this summer, which will serve as qualification for the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup and the 2024 Summer Olympics.
