Sporting Kansas City’s new secondary jersey for the 2024 and 2025 seasons – featuring a modern, fashion-oriented evolution of the club’s iconic argyle look – was unveiled today.

Fans can purchase the new kit in men’s, women’s and youth sizes with jersey customization by ordering online at SportingStyle.com for pick up at SportingStudio or by ordering online at MLSstore.com for home delivery with shipping worldwide. SportingStudio, located at 1380 Main Street in the downtown KC Power & Light District, will be open for the pop-up store’s final four days this Thursday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and the retail space features a full collection of Sporting apparel and accessories for shoppers gearing up for the start of the 2024 season.

First introduced with a viral third kit during the club’s 2013 MLS Cup championship-winning campaign, the argyle diamonds have become a highly visible brand element in the club’s identity and are now brought back by popular demand for the first time since 2015 as the focal point of a jersey design. The new iteration features a reinterpretation of the argyle to modern, interlocking diamonds displayed in the club’s Dark Indigo color with a repeating pattern on the front of the kit.

Authentic kits are also highlighted by specialized elements emblazoned to both the interior and exterior of the back neck. Above the player's name and number is “SKC” inside argyle diamonds, carrying over the custom mark from the club’s primary jersey for a direct link between the two kits. In addition, a neck tape adorned to the inside of the kits is accentuated with the club motto “Two States. One City. One Club.”

Major League Soccer's exclusive supplier, adidas has provided the club's uniforms since the inaugural season in 1996 and the adidas Three Stripes run along the shoulders in addition to the adidas logo on the chest and the AEROREADY symbol near the hem. Compass Minerals debuted as Sporting's official jersey front partner in 2022 and the company’s logo is prominently displayed on the front of all Sporting KC kits through a First Team partnership as the club's official plant nutrition and salt provider.

For a second straight year, all Major League Soccer jerseys in 2024 also feature the MLS/Apple badge on the jersey sleeve with MLS Season Pass on Apple TV streaming every match in English and Spanish for fans in more than 100 countries and regions.

Sporting is also teaming up with Children’s Mercy Kansas City for a K.I.T.S. (Kindness In The Schools) initiative by delivering the team’s new secondary jerseys to students and staff at 42 local schools in 14 districts during Random Acts of Kindness Week (Feb 14-20). Each school will surprise two individuals with jerseys customized with “Kindness” above the number 24 on the back as part of the RED CARD anti-bullying campaign.

Led by Manager Peter Vermes and captain Johnny Russell, Sporting will kick off the team’s highly anticipated 2024 season in Houston against the reigning U.S. Open Cup champions on Saturday, Feb. 24 during MLS is Back opening weekend. Sporting’s home opener arrives one week later on Saturday, March 2 against perennial Eastern Conference powers Philadelphia Union.

Season tickets for Sporting's 2024 campaign are available by calling 888-4KC-GOAL and Sporting also offers a variety of ticket packages and promotions including the Home Opener Pack and Wild West 5-Pack. In addition, single-match tickets for Sporting Kansas City's home matches at Children's Mercy Park in March, April and May are now on sale. College students can also secure $15 tickets to the club’s first three home matches in March with the return of the popular Sporting U Pass in 2024.
