Sporting Kansas City announced on Monday that the club has waived defender Mechack Jerome.
Jerome made 16 appearances in all competition after signing with Sporting KC in February 2013. The 23-year-old Haitian international recorded minutes in 12 league games as well as three CONCACAF Champions League contests and one appearance in the 2013 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
