Sporting Kansas City will travel to Salt Lake City for the club's final road trip of the regular season this week as the team takes on Real Salt Lake at 8:30 p.m. CT on Saturday at America First Field in Sandy, Utah.

Saturday's showdown against second-place Real Salt Lake will be available on Apple TV in English and Spanish for MLS Season Pass subscribers. Local radio coverage will also air on Sports Radio 810 WHB as well as La Grande 1340 AM with streams in the Sporting KC app. In addition,  pub partners in the Sporting Pub Network will show all of the action including a watch party at No Other Pub (1370 Grand Blvd.) in the KC Power & Light District starting at 7:30 p.m. and featuring $4 domestics, $5 wells and 50% off select appetizers.

PLAYERS TO APPEAR AT RED CARD KC ASSEMBLIES

October is National Bullying Prevention Month and four Sporting players will make special appearances at local schools this week as part of the Red Card KC anti-bullying campaign established by Sporting KC and Children's Mercy. On Monday, Kortne Ford will visit Woodland Spring Middle School in Olathe, Kansas. On Tuesday, Enzo Mauriz will speak with students at Junction Elementary School in Kansas City, Kansas and Jake Davis will be in attendance at Richard Warren Middle School in Leavenworth, Kansas. On Wednesday, Pau Vidal will continue the campaign at West Park Elementary School in Kansas City, Kansas.

FAN VOTING OPEN UNTIL THURSDAY FOR TEAM AWARDS

Fan voting is now open for Sporting Kansas City’s annual team awards, which will be announced at Pitch Black presented by Audi on Friday, Oct. 13 at Children’s Mercy Park. Supporters can cast their online ballots through 5 p.m. CT on Thursday, Oct. 5 at SportingKC.com/awards  in six award categories, including Most Valuable Player presented by Audi, Offensive Player of the Year presented by Compass Minerals, Defensive Player of the Year presented by Brush Creek Partners and Goal of the Year presented by Parisi Coffee.

CHILDREN'S MERCY PARK TO CELEBRATE GREEN SPORTS DAY

On Friday, Children's Mercy Park will be lit in green in support of Green Sports Day as the global sports community comes together to increase environmental awareness and celebrate the positive impact of sports. Sporting Kansas City is part of the Green Sports Alliance and launched the Sporting Sustainability platform in 2018.

SKC ACADEMY TRAVELS TO TEXAS FOR MLS NEXT MATCHES

The Sporting KC Academy will continue the 2023-24 MLS NEXT campaign this weekend in Texas as the U-14s, U-15s and U-17s all take on the Houston Dynamo on Saturday before playing Austin FC on Sunday. In addition, the U-19s will resume the UPSL season against Ryogoku Soccer Academy at 7 p.m. CT on Sunday at the 9th and Van Brunt Athletic Fields in Kansas City, Missouri. FINAL WEEK OF VICTORY PROJECT FUNDRAISER AT T-SHOTZ

This is the final week of a month-long fundraiser for The Victory Project during which $2 from every Victory Splash cocktail purchased at T-Shotz will be donated to Sporting Kansas City's philanthropic foundation.
