Sporting Kansas City announced today that the club’s MLS regular season road match at Columbus Crew SC on Sunday, June 23, will kick off at 4:30 p.m. CT.
The inter-conference clash at MAPFRE Stadium was originally scheduled to begin two hours later at 6:30 p.m. CT. FOX Sports Kansas City Plus and FOX Sports Midwest Plus will televise the match live with pregame coverage starting at 4 p.m. CT. The game will also stream live on FOX Sports GO for viewers within the FOX Sports Midwest footprint and on ESPN+ elsewhere across the U.S.
Sporting will host the club’s highly anticipated Retro Night this Sunday when defending MLS Cup champion Atlanta United FC visits Children’s Mercy Park for a star-studded showdown at 8 p.m. CT. Tickets for the contest are on sale at SeatGeek.com, and the first 10,000 fans through the stadium gates will receive a retro-themed team poster courtesy of match sponsor Kansas City Zoo.
