Sporting Kansas City signed the 21-year-old midfielder on Aug. 6 and Quintilla played just 42 minutes through his first four matches with the club over a span just shy of two months. In the last 10 days, however, Quintilla clocked 234 minutes -- second most on the team -- and tallied the game-winning penalty kick to win Sporting Kansas City's third Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup title.
