Rosie Kubik has spent her life overcoming extraordinary challenges. Diagnosed at just 11 months old with Infantile Pre-B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), she was critically ill and airlifted to Children’s Hospital in Omaha, where she endured intensive chemotherapy, numerous procedures, and months of treatment before achieving remission in 2017.
In 2018, while still undergoing cancer treatment, Rosie developed Acute Flaccid Myelitis (AFM), a rare polio-like disease that caused respiratory failure and paralysis. Through years of rehabilitation, surgeries, and unwavering determination, she relearned essential skills such as breathing, eating, speaking, and walking. Today, Rosie continues to overcome challenges and inspires everyone around her with her courage, resilience, faith, and hope.
