TUNE IN: Sporting KC hosts Vancouver Whitecaps on Wednesday at Children's Mercy Park live on Apple TV


Sporting Kansas City will host reigning Canadian Championship winners Vancouver Whitecaps FC at 7:30 p.m. CT on Wednesday at Children's Mercy Park.

Tickets are available online via SeatGeek, including the Sporting U Pass offering $15 Supporters' Stand ticket for college students and the Coca-Cola Friends & Family 4-Pack which features four Price Chopper South Stand tickets, four chicken tender meals and four 20-ounce Coca-Cola products for only $100.

Additionally, all fans who purchase a ticket to the mid-week match will receive a one-month free trial of MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.


Wednesday's Western Conference clash will be available to watch on Apple TV for MLS Season Pass subscribers in English (Eric Krakauer and Jalil Anibaba) and Spanish (John Laguna and Francisco Pinto). Fans can also select to listen to Sporting’s local radio broadcast team calling the match on MLS Season Pass featuring play-by-play commentator Blake Aerni and analyst Jon Kempin.

Fans in more than 100 countries and regions can subscribe to MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app for $14.99 per month or $69 for the remainder of the season, and Apple TV+ subscribers can sign up at a special price of $12.99 per month or $59 for the remainder of the season. A subscription to MLS Season Pass is included for Sporting Kansas City Season Ticket Members and up to six family members can share the subscription through Family Sharing using their own Apple ID and password.

MLS Season Pass is available on billions of devices through the Apple TV app on Apple devices, smart TVs, streaming devices, set-top boxes, and game consoles, as well as on the web at Fans can also access MLS Season Pass from the Apple TV app on Apple Vision Pro, where they can watch games alongside other apps in their space; within an Environment, so the screen feels 100 feet wide; and with Spatial Audio, for the most immersive viewing experience.


Pub Partners in the Sporting Pub Network will also show all of the action, including a watch party at No Other Pub (1370 Grand Blvd.) in the Kansas City Power & Light District. Food and drink specials will start at 5:30 p.m. CT on Wednesday including $4 domestics, $5 wells and 50% off nachos.


SKCvVAN will be available in English on Sports Radio 810 WHB (Blake Aerni and Jon Kempin) as well as in Spanish on La Grande 1340 AM (Diego Gutierrez, Josue Orantes and Romulo Aragon) with both broadcasts streaming live through the Sporting KC app. In addition, as part of MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, fans in the U.S. and Canada will have the option to select the radio broadcast audio for Sporting KC home matches.
