TUNE IN: Sporting welcomes Whitecaps on Saturday with live stream in three languages on Apple TV

Sporting Kansas City will kick off a six-game slate in the month of July when the club hosts three-time Canadian Championship winners Vancouver Whitecaps at 7:30 p.m. CT on Saturday at Children's Mercy Park.

The Western Conference clash will be broadcast live on Apple TV in English, Spanish and French for MLS Season Pass subscribers (sign up for a one-month free trial ). In addition, local radio coverage will air on Sports Radio 810 WHB and La Grande 1340 AM with streams in the Sporting KC app and all of the action will be shown by pub partners in the Sporting Pub Network.

Saturday's showdown will be available via MLS Season Pass on Apple TV in English (Christian Miles and Ricky Lopez-Espin), Spanish (Jesus Acosta and Diego Arrioja) and French (Matt Cullen and Sebastien Le Toux). On MLS Season Pass, fans can also select to listen to Sporting’s local radio broadcast team calling the match featuring play-by-play commentator Aly Trost Martin and analyst Jacob Peterson. The pre-match show is scheduled to start at 7:10 p.m. CT and the broadcast will conclude with a post-match wrap up to recap all the action.

Fans in over 100 countries and regions are able to watch MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app, which is available on Apple devices, smart TVs, streaming devices from Roku, Amazon, and Google, game consoles, and the web at tv.apple.com. Fans can subscribe to MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app for $49 for the remainder of the year or $14.99 per month and Apple TV+ subscribers can sign up at a special price of $39 for the remainder of the year or $12.99 per month. In addition, fans can get a one month free trial of MLS Season Pass.

A subscription to MLS Season Pass is included for Sporting Kansas City Season Ticket Members and, through Family Sharing, up to six family members can share a subscription using their own Apple ID and password. To subscribe to MLS Season Pass, customers must update to iOS 16.2 or later, iPadOS 16.2 or later, tvOS 16.2 or later, and macOS 13.1 or later.

Fans can also enjoy all the action at each of the club's pub partners in the Sporting Pub Network, including No Other Pub (1370 Grand Blvd.) in the Kansas City Power & Light District. No Other Pub's matchday specials will start at 6:30 p.m. CT, highlighted by $4 domestics, $5 wells and 50% off select appetizers.

SKCvVAN will be available in English on Sports Radio 810 WHB (Aly Trost Martin and Jacob Peterson) and in Spanish on La Grande 1340 AM (Diego Gutierrez, Emmily Infante & Josue Orantes) with both stations streaming live through the Sporting KC app.

New in 2023 as part of MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, fans in the U.S. and Canada will have the option to select the radio broadcast audio for Sporting KC home matches.
