Sporting KC players Cielo Tschantret and Ian James joined the enthusiastic volunteers. Together, they rolled up their sleeves and packed 300 food bags, each filled with essential items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, canned goods, and snacks. It was an incredible event that brought the community together, united by a common goal of helping those in need.

The impact of their efforts was immediate, as 197 of the packed bags were distributed at the following Saturday's drive-through pantry, ensuring that families received the nourishment they needed. The remaining bags will be distributed at the next pantry day, continuing the cycle of support and kindness.

Sporting KC's Community Impact team continues to provide opportunities to connect with the community and share in the spirit and joy of giving back. Together, they made a tangible difference in the lives of many Kansas City families, proving once again that when we come together, we can achieve great things!
